  • As A Client, What Do I Need To Do?
    • After you reach an agreement to use ParcelSmart, very little!
    • Each week you provide us with your shipping data. (We will provide simple instructions. It just takes seconds to do.)
    • Our proprietary software and skilled audit team analyze your invoices and identify the errors (credits).
    • We submit the credits to the carrier and track the approval process.
    • After the credits appear and have been applied to your parcel carrier account, we submit an invoice to you for our contingency fee, typically 50% of the credits applied.

Our fees are contingency based, if we do not find any credits AND do not get them applied to your account, we do not collect any fees.
